Delete your account and app data

This page explains how you can delete your sentiga.ai account and the associated data directly in the app.

Deletion in the app

If you have access to your account, you can start the deletion directly:

1. Open the sentiga.ai app and sign in.
2. Open the Profile section at the bottom.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm the security prompt.

After confirmation, your account is deactivated and the deletion of your sentiga.ai app data is initiated.

Which data is deleted

• your sentiga.ai app profile
• chat and diary content
• uploaded diary images and audio files
• AI conversation history, stored companion data, and scheduled reminders
• health-sync data, garden status, bookmarks, and feedback
• your authentication profile with our login provider Clerk

What may be retained

Some technical security, billing, or abuse-prevention data may be retained for a limited time for legal or operational reasons. This data is no longer used for app personalization and is deleted as soon as retention is no longer required.

If you can no longer sign in

Send us a message from the e-mail address of your sentiga.ai account to privacy@gaia-group.com. We will review the request and process the deletion as quickly as possible.
